What Can Separate Us
“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
In Romans 8:38-39, the apostle Paul assures us that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. He boldly declares that neither death nor life, angels nor demons, our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow, nor even the powers of hell can separate us from the immeasurable love of God. No force in the heavens or on earth, nothing in all of creation, can ever diminish or extinguish the love that God has revealed in Christ Jesus, our Lord. These powerful verses remind us that God's love is steadfast and unconditional, providing us with comfort, security, and the assurance that we are forever embraced within His unfailing and eternal love.
If nothing can separate us from God's love, neither can your shortcomings. Stop letting the enemy take you away from His shelter on guilt trips. The Father loved us first while we were still lost in our sins. Now that you have been redeemed by His Precious Son, don't ever think He could love you less! Let the Holy Spirit bring you humbly into God's loving presence and be made whole.
